Ode To Faith

“Ground yourself in faith sooner rather than later. Dark clouds are a necessary and reoccurring part of life.” Chapter 6, Reflection #23.

“Sometimes walking the path of life can be difficult, lonely and humbling, but it’s an example of faith under construction.” Chapter 6, Reflection #42.

There are many things in life, that simply are.  The essence of their existence is often beyond our comprehension.  Faith is the conduit that bridges that elusive and uncomfortable distance between the unknown and the known.  It is a sacred gift that once embraced opens the door for us to extend that positive spiritual mindset into future life events. 

Faith is the vehicle that enables us move beyond the general concept of belief to something more inspirational that strengthens the soul.  It requires so much more from us, more energy, more confidence, more self-awareness, more patience, more hope and more inner peace.

Thus far, no one has seen the wind, yet none doubt its existence.  We feel and see the subtle and explosive power of its force.  Its presence can gently calm one’s emotions or suddenly bring catastrophic chaos.  It is invisible, and yet requires us to play on its unspoken terms.  When it allows, we can harness its capacity to soar and sail within its unknown parameters.  That all of these facts exist simultaneously and without a shred of tactile or visual evidence, is a prerequisite and the empirical essence of having Faith. 

Faith is universal, expressed and experienced as a noun, verb, adverb or adjective.  When fully embraced, faith is undeniably reliable and real.  Faith is not stagnant, when present, it evolves infinitely within us and becomes part of our protective armor.  It is a contagion, who’s pathological origins are deeply-rooted in the testimony of its messenger.  So, I hope you find some faith in my words, my story, my life and outlook.  After all, 59 Prime is a personal attestation that most of my life’s triumphs are Ode To Faith.
