Through root-cause analysis, I’ve learned that by identifying the source, a lot of potential problems can be squashed at inception. Left unchecked and uncalibrated, our words and actions can evolve into avoidable situations and unretractable remarks leaving permanent  scars and festering wounds that time cannot heal, nor an apology reconcile.

It is always best to go upstream like salmon, courageously heading back to their origins. Face your fears head-on before momentum builds, and they achieve viability-biased substance and mass, which will ultimately transition a simple thought into a dangerous weapon with unintended and harmful consequences.

I’ll admit, going against strong currents isn’t easy, but that’s when you are forced to face and battle entrenched demons. Unfortunately, it is only during this renaissance that small but precious doses of self-awareness are acquired, leading to personal growth that provides peace and confidence in future decisions and actions.
